Everybody is familiar with the advantageous properties of the lemon, which in addition to vitamin C contains organic acids, so it is a great boost immunity and is recommended for colds.

Ginger is absolutely magical and useful root. And about the benefits of honey we have nothing to speak more — thanks to bees.

Its preparation is simple and will not take much time. So ..

To prepare this elixir of health you will need:

  • 2 small or 1 large lemon, together with the peel
  • Honey, approximately — 200 ml
  • 1 medium ginger root
  • 1 glass jar, 0.5L

Elixir of Health to strengthen immunity to flu season

Preparation:

Wash the lemon, peel the ginger. Chop them into slices. Grind them in a blender (you can also use a cutter).

Add honey, and stir well. Put the mixture into a clean jar, and cover it with a lid. Store the jar in the fridge.

You could take one tablespoon per day, and 1 teaspoon per children. Also, you can put it in tea and other hot drinks.

It is very tasty, and most importantly — healthy!
